Understanding

We invest a significant amount of time at the beginning of an engagement to understand our client’s needs and develop a thorough search strategy

 

Exploring

Through our network of individuals in the market and original research, we will explore the marketplace to identify a diverse range of potential candidates that fit our client’s requirements

 

Building

We attract and assess candidates based on a competency-driven framework and present those candidates who are qualified and recruitable

 

Closing

We will conduct extensive referencing and manage the negotiation and presentation of offers of employment

 

On-boarding

Upon acceptance of an offer, we will work with both the client and candidate to facilitate an effective on-boarding plan to ensure the candidate’s successful transition and integration into their new role
