Active in executive search since 1996, Zoey focuses on recruiting talent for the executive search industry for large, international search firms, as well as boutiques. These include recruiting partners, principals, and associates, for a variety of sectors. She has also been successful in recruiting heads of talent acquisition for private equity and venture capital firms.

Prior to establishing Osborne Human Capital Inc. in 2012, Zoey was most recently a Principal with Heidrick & Struggles International Inc., a global leadership advisory firm that provides executive search and leadership consulting services, including succession planning, executive assessment and development, talent retention management and M&A human capital integration consulting.

Having spent 15 years with the firm, Zoey was seconded in 2007 by Heidrick & Struggles’ CEO to develop, implement and manage a best-in class internal talent acquisition and on-boarding process for the recruitment and integration of Partners, Principals and Associates in the Americas.  Prior to this role, Zoey spent ten years recruiting at the senior executive, CEO & Board level, in a variety of industries, in both Canada and the U.S. 

She holds a degree in Sociology from York University.

Zoey has a passion for health and wellness, with an admitted addiction to her Peloton bike.   She has also proudly converted her competitive figure skating talents to playing in a hockey beer league with her husband.  Her pride and joy are her two adult children.
